Our Guiding Philosophy

All our programs are guided by Montessori Philosophy with strong emphases on child-centered learning, self-directed activities, and development of independence and critical thinking skills. Key principles of our philosophy include:

  • Child-Centered Learning: focuses on each child's individual needs, interests, and abilities with teachers serving as guides, observers and facilitators.

  • Self-Directed Activities: children are encouraged to choose their activities from a prepared environment, promoting autonomy and a sense of responsibility for their own learning.

  • Prepared Environment: designed to provide a range of materials and activities that stimulate exploration and discovery, while at the same time promoting order, simplicity, and beauty.

  • Hands-On Learning: is achieved through hands-on activities with specially designed materials that promote sensory and motor skills development.

  • Wholesome education of Child: with focus on overall development of children into loving, caring, and confident intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of the child.

  • Observation and Reflection: Teachers carefully observe each child's development and provide guidance based on individual needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach.
